YOGA AND PILATES WITH OYOGO
The Zélia Wellness Programme is crafted in collaboration with Oyogo, the renowned UK-based wellness curators. From sunrise yoga among olive trees to sunset pilates with Aegean views, every class is designed to restore harmony through movement, mindfulness, and nature.
The programme features yoga, pilates, and functional training sessions, led by international experts hosted in rotating two-week residencies. Throughout the season (May–October), guests are also treated to signature wellness events that blend community, creativity, and serenity.

At Zélia, mornings are an invitation to linger. For our guests staying in Private Pool Suites and Swim-Up Suites, we offer a signature Breakfast à la Piscine experience – a beautifully curated breakfast served directly to the guest’s pool, atop an elegant floating tray.
Breakfast arrives gliding quietly across the pool – a moment of sheer indulgence, accompanied by the light, the scents and the sounds of the Mediterranean summer.
